Individual counseling (55 minutes): $150

Couples counseling (55 minutes): $200

Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts Health and United Health Insurance products. If you plan to use insurance, please reach out so we can confirm your coverage before your first session.

If your plan is out-of-network, I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for out-of-network services, depending on their plan.

Some clients choose to pay privately, even when they have insurance. Private pay can offer more flexibility and privacy, since insurance often requires a mental health diagnosis and may limit the type or number of sessions covered.
